Scarves, Hats, and Other Knitted Things

So I'm working on scarves over this Christmas Break to give to my friends as gifts. Not that they'll really need them in Auburn, but it's the thought that counts, right?

I'm on the phone with my roommate today talking about how I'm making an Uchiha scarf for [info]keylimekitten and I say, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool to make one in orange and put the Uzumaki swirl on it in blue?" And then she says that I could also make her a Sand village scarf.

That's when we get a brilliant idea.

You know? I think people would enjoy having a Konoha scarf. Or what about a Sound village hat? With earflaps, no less. They'd probably pay good money for them. I could even take commissions for other villages or clan symbols.

So what does everyone think? If I charged maybe $15 US for a Naruto-themed scarf or $20 US for a Naruto-themed beanie, earflap hat or headband, would anyone buy it? Should I increase/decrease the price? Is there anything else I should make to sell? Any and all ideas would be wonderful, but don't forget that I'm still pretty much a novice at knitting.
